This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AwsRdsDbSubnetGroupSubnetAvailabilityZone.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AwsRdsDbSubnetGroupSubnetAvailabilityZone.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to subnetAvailabilityZone(AwsRdsDbSubnetGroupSubnetAvailabilityZone).
