This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the LifeCycleLastCutover.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via LifeCycleLastCutover.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to lastCutover(LifeCycleLastCutover).
