This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the PurchaseOptionFilter.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via PurchaseOptionFilter.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to filters(List<PurchaseOptionFilter>).
