This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AnomalyDetectorConfig.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AnomalyDetectorConfig.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to anomalyDetectorConfig(AnomalyDetectorConfig).
