This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the CustomVocabularyItem.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via CustomVocabularyItem.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to customVocabularyItemList(List<CustomVocabularyItem>).
