This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the CreateAttendeeRequestItem.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via CreateAttendeeRequestItem.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to attendees(List<CreateAttendeeRequestItem>).
